What types of sites does Rechin work with?
We work with remote and off-grid industrial sites including mining operations, agricultural facilities, oil and gas stations, and manufacturing plants. We also work with grid-connected sites looking to significantly reduce their energy costs and carbon footprint. There is no minimum or maximum site size requirement. If energy is a major cost at your operation, we want to talk to you.
How does the site assessment work?
We start with a no-obligation site assessment where we review your current energy usage, diesel consumption, site layout, and operating requirements. We then produce a preliminary system design with estimated savings, payback period, and cost. This gives you everything you need to make an informed decision before committing to anything.
How long does a typical deployment take?
Timelines vary depending on site size and complexity. A typical solar plus battery storage deployment for a remote mining site takes between three and six months from contract to commissioning. Our direct Asia-Pacific supply chain gives us significantly faster procurement lead times than competitors using traditional distribution channels.
What happens after the system is installed?
This is where Rechin X EMS comes in. Our energy management platform monitors and optimises your system continuously. You receive access to a live client dashboard showing real-time solar output, battery state, diesel displacement, and cost savings. Our operations team manages the system for you. You do not need in-house energy expertise to operate a Rechin system.
How much can I expect to save on energy costs?
Savings depend on your current energy costs, site location, and consumption profile. For remote sites currently running on diesel generation, our clients typically displace 80 to 90 percent of diesel usage, resulting in very significant annual savings. For grid-connected industrial sites, we typically achieve 30 to 60 percent reductions in energy bills. We provide specific savings projections during the site assessment.
Do you operate outside of Australia?
Yes. We have active operations in Argentina and our Group headquarters is in Singapore. We are actively expanding across Southeast Asia from 2026 onward. We welcome enquiries from operators in any market where our Asia-Pacific supply chain and engineering capability can add value.
